I’ve been doing photography from when I was 16 years old. Nowadays I call myself a hobby photographer, but I have ambitions to be able to make a living from it.
7 years later, I’m still learning, growing and developing my own style, but the last months it’s getting more clear for me of what I want to do with my photographs and what content I will create in the near future.
At this moment, a big part of my work has to do with alienation and living in the present moment. When working with these two concepts, they often end up in images where I try to make the spectator stop for a moment and look twice or to make them feel estranged. I want to snap them back to reality.
I’m 23 years old and based in the city of Leuven (Belgium), I studied Interior & Furniture Design (Thomas More Mechelen). Besides photography, I have a passion for food and cooking, I love plants, making long bike tours and I adore mangoes!
